Legal standing
A CARMAgree™ signature is an electronic signature under the federal ESIGN Act and under UETA, adopted in nearly every state. In the European Union, eIDAS Article 25(1) provides that an electronic signature cannot be denied legal effect or admissibility as evidence solely because it is in electronic form.
The law has treated these as enforceable for over two decades. What varies between providers is not whether a signature counts. It is what you can show afterwards.
